L’appartamento si trova al primo piano in una tranquilla via del centro storico con ridottissima presenza di traffico e la parte del B&B è composta da 2 camere e può ospitare fino a 4 persone: una camera soggiorno, una camera per la colazione, una camera matrimoniale da cui si accede al bagno privato.
L’arredo si presenta con uno stile semplice, confortevole con alcuni elementi storici della casa; le stanze, ampie e luminose, presentano i caratteristici soffitti a volta e sono dotate di un comodo letto matrimoniale con testata in legno e un divano letto aggiuntivo nel soggiorno, se la camera viene richiesta per 3/4 persone.
Il bagno privato gode di luce naturale ed è dotato di vasca a seduta anche a uso doccia.
Un antico poggiolo a ringhiera si affaccia sulla caratteristica corte interna, sulle vecchie mura della Città a due passi dalla antica Porta Genova, luogo dove sorgeva la storica porta della città con la cornice della Chiesa di Sant'Andrea ("Luogo del cuore "FAI).

The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet street in the historic center with very little traffic and the sector of the B & B consists of 3 rooms accommodating up to 4 people: a living room, a room for breakfast, a bedroom double bed from which you access to private bathroom.
The furniture presents a simple, comfortable style with some historical elements of the house; the rooms, spacious and bright, have characteristic vaulted ceilings and are equipped with a comfortable double bed with wooden headboard and an additional sofa bed in the living room, if the room is requested for 3/4 people.
The private bathroom has natural light and it's equipped with a seated bathtub and a shower.
An ancient balcony, with railings, overlooks the characteristic inner courtyard, on the old city walls, near the ancient Porta Genova, the place where the historic city gate stood with the frame of the Church of Sant'Andrea ("Place of the heart" FAI)
